In 2011 I graduated with a First Class BA honours degree in Creative Art Practice at Sheffield Hallam University. My art work focuses on botanical subject matter and capturing it through pencil studies. In all of my drawings I endeavour for precision, to be completely true to the form studied, taking inspiration from botanical illustration and its values as well as nature itself. The material I work from has come from my surroundings in the outskirts of Sheffied which has been a constant inspiration for my artwork.
